The Sun City Fire District has established specific requirements for Fire Protection System Contractors operating within the District, which includes Sun City, Youngtown, and Citrus Point.

All contractors performing work on fire protection systems must hold a current and appropriate contractor’s license issued by the State of Arizona. This license must authorize the installation, modification, and servicing of fire protection systems within the boundaries of the Sun City Fire District.

To perform work within the District, contractors are required to obtain approval from the Sun City Fire District. Once approved, contractors will be listed on the Sun City Fire District’s Approved Fire Protection Contractors List.
